Many service providers have reporting obligations. The event data Reports can be used for external customer audits and for internal management purposes. Reports provide comprehensive ad hoc reporting tools that let the operation staff generate graphical and text based historical Reports of any given criteria they can think of. The Reports are available for all user types. Each user can define Report or use global reports. However, the data included in Report is limited to the access privilege of the user.
REPORT EDITOR :
The Report Editor provides comprehensive tools to define a report using the same rich expression technology used in the workflow to define reporting criteria. The operations staff can define report type, report criteria, data captured in report and presentation format using a simple web page.
SUMMARY REPORTS :
The Summary Reports are graphical reports that include various performance metrics of the NOC staff including operations efficiency, individual operator workload, and time responsiveness to high priority events. Summary Reports can be generated in HTML and can be exported to CSV format.
DETAILED REPORTS :
The text-based Detailed Reports are used to track the performance of an individual device interface or device class. Detailed Reports can be generated in HTML and can be exported to CSV format.
GLOBAL REPORTS :
The Global Reports are defined by admin user and are available for all users. With Global Reports, commonly used reports can be created once and are used by all other users.
