With over 15 years' experience in the telecom industry, Anand co-founded Centina Systems.
Prior to his current role, Anand was the Director of Systems and Software Engineering at Xtera. Anand also held management positions in software and program management at Fujitsu where he worked on FLM and FLASHWAVE product lines.
Anand holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India. He has published in Proceedings of ACM and holds a patent in network management.
As one of the founding members of Centina Systems, Paul brings over 21 years of experience in the telecom and network management industry. Prior to founding Centina Systems, Paul worked at Xtera focusing on embedded system architecture of a multiprocessor distributed system.
Paul's work experience also includes tenures at Cisco and Nortel. At Cisco, Paul worked on ONS 15454 platform at Fujitsu on FLASHWAVE and FACTOR product lines.
With a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Paul holds multiple patents in network management and software architecture.
Phillip Doelling brings to the company a decade of experience in large-scale systems design and operation with a focus in telecom and network management.
Prior to founding Centina Systems, Phillip was responsible for the architecture, implementation and delivery of network management system at Xtera.
Phillip is an expert at building high performance computing and next generation JAVA architectures. Phillip also held positions at Iris Labs and Alcatel.
Phillip holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, Denton.
With over 30 years of telecom experience in sales, quality, customer support and training, Dale Maddox oversees sales at Centina Systems.
Prior to Centina Systems, Dale was Senior Director of Sales at Alcatel, where he worked with the Independent Telephone Companies and Business Partners including Resellers. While at Alcatel, he was also a Telecommunications Instructor at Richland Community College.
Dale is a seasoned telecom professional with extensive knowledge in transmission and switching. His experience includes network application experience with SONET, DWDM, ADSL, NGDLC, and cross-connect systems with training in ATM and IP technologies.
Gregg Hara has over 20 years in the telecom and OSS software space and joined Centina Systems in 2009. He takes the initiative of defining new markets and establishing relationships with key service providers and vendors.
Prior to Centina Systems, Gregg was Senior Director of Sales for Sigma Systems and earlier, with TeleGea Systems.
Gregg started his career at GTE and was one of the original members of OSI, and then at Micromuse, in various roles of solution delivery, sales and business development of Network Management and Service Assurance solutions.
Gregg holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from MIT in Cambridge, MA.
Senthil Kumar joined Centina Systems in 2006 as Director R&D. In this role, Senthil leads the technology development and innovation efforts for the company.
Senthil brings more than 10 years of experience in managing large-scale network management projects with Cisco and BMC. His strengths include offshore development with product delivery and software quality management.
Prior to joining Centina Systems, Senthil was Sr. Project Manager with Infosys, one of the world's best performing technology companies, where he managed large R&D organizations.
Senthil holds a Bachelors degree in EEE, Anna University in India.
Carl A. DeWilde served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Strategy of Tellabs Inc. from August 22, 2007 to May 30, 2008. Mr. DeWilde served as Executive Vice President of Broadband Products of Tellabs Inc. since 2005 and served as Executive Vice President of Access Products of Tellabs Inc., since 2004. He had global responsibility for Tellabs' fiber access and data products, including research and development, product line management and product-specific marketing. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Xtera Communications, Inc. from 2000 to 2004, where he set corporate strategy and launched new products. He served as Senior Vice President of Development at Fujitsu Network Communications from 1992 to 2000. Previous to this, Mr. DeWilde held leadership positions at both Alcatel and Siemens.
From 2001 through 2003, Holmes was President and COO and from 2003 through 2006, President and CEO of MetaSolv Software, a leading provider of service fulfillment operations support system solutions, and orchestrated the acquisition of MetaSolv Software by Oracle in 2006. Prior to MetaSolv Software, Holmes led the Lucent Intelligent Network Unit, where he developed and executed a strategic plan that successfully transformed the unit into the market-leader in the intelligent network industry. The unit expanded from 300 employees to more than 1,200 during his leadership and grew its revenue fivefold. Major initiatives during Holmes' tenure included defining and deploying enhanced services software, expanding into global markets, and securing new customers. Previously, he held executive-level positions at Lucent including product and business management, and product development for global operations support systems.
Terry Hungle has over 25 years of business experience, principally in telecommunications. Most recently, Terry was Chief Financial Officer of Navini Networks, where he led the successful sale of the company to Cisco Systems. Prior to that he was Vice President of Corporate Planning with Spatial Wireless, where he led the successful merger transaction with Alcatel. Previous to the Spatial Wireless engagement, Terry successfully held a number of senior finance and controllership positions, both domestically and internationally, including that of chief financial officer for Nortel Networks. In these positions, he has guided and supported business growth and development, defined business structures and led projects that improved overall liquidity of the company, in operations and capital structuring. He has served as a valued member of various boards of directors and sub-committees.
