PLANO, TEXAS – November 13, 2013—Centina Systems, a leading provider of service assurance and network performance management solutions, has announced that Missouri-based telecom company Fidelity Communications has selected the NetOmnia™ solutions suite to improve network performance and service availability.

NetOmnia™ Service Vision provides Fidelity increased visibility of end-to-end services across its multi-vendor network, with the capability to identify the root-cause of network issues and which customers are impacted.

Fidelity is a growing broadband, voice and cable television provider in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Louisiana.
