SENIOR/PRINCIPAL WEB DEVELOPER
Skill/Educational Requirements:
- Network Management experience in IT or Telecom networks.
- Designing web pages that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
- Experience developing with JBOSS SEAM in an EJB3 environment.
- Re-usable component design with JSF, Facelets (preferred) or JSP, RichFaces and Ajax, HTML, XML, CSS.
- Thorough knowledge of the SEAM conversation model.
- Experience with Java/J2EE applications on JBOSS application server.
- Develop and optimize code deployed for use in a web application with multiple con current users, a high transaction rate, and extended (long) sessions.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Designing and implementing solutions based on business and customer requirements.
- Experience with Javascript, Web portal/Portlets, Apache/Tomcat, Mercurial SCCS, Linux/Unix Development and Jboss Security Model is a big plus.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- 8 years experience in client-side Java application development.
- At least 2 years experience in web client development.
TECHNICAL LEAD
Skill/Educational Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in JAVA/J2EE based software design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of EJB3.0 and worked extensively on EJB3.0 compliant application server (preferably JBOSS) is mandatory.
- Experience in RDBMS - MySql, Oracle or equivalent.
- Exposure to telecom EMS/NMS/OSS is mandatory; Exposure to SNMP/TL1 is a plus.
- Must be a self starter and understand working in a small and highly technical R&D environment.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Increase company revenue and expand client base through direct sales and new customer acquisition.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle from interacting with clients at various levels within an organization to effectively negotiating and closing the sale.
- Deliver effective one-on-one, small group and large group presentations.
- Successfully manage and execute an overall long-term plan in running a sales campaign.
- Proactively address needs of both prospects and existing clients.
Skills/Educational Requirements:
- 5 or more years of direct sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of communications service provider market.
- Proven track record of successful technology product sales.
- Strong knowledge of fault, performance and service assurance systems.
- Previous experience selling products like Netcool, Openview, Spectrum/eHealth or similar products is a plus.
